Juliane Stephan Bio

Juliane Stephan is a Principal at BayPine. Ms. Stephan has focused the majority of her career on partnering with businesses to accelerate growth through improvements in technology enablement, operations and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Ms. Stephan was a Principal at Incline Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, she was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company and a Director at PwC Strategy&, focusing on performance improvement and digital operations in both roles. Ms. Stephan is originally from Germany and holds a BA from Zeppelin University and a MSc and CEMS MIM from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
