Jessie Wechsler Bio

Jessie Wechsler is a Principal at BayPine. She has extensive experience working alongside management teams to execute transformative business plans, bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings and public market exits. Previously, Ms. Wechsler was a Vice President at AEA Investors, a middle market private equity firm, where she focused on evaluating and executing AEA’s investments in the consumer, retail and tech-enabled services sectors. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Bregal Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm, and held positions at BlackRock Alternative Investors and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Wechsler holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
