Emily Osman Lawrie Bio

Emily Osman Lawrie is a Vice President at BayPine, where she focuses on leading the firm’s capital markets and business development activities. Previously, she was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays, where she focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions and equity issuances across sectors within the Global Financial Sponsors Group. Ms. Lawrie began her career at Barclays in the Debt Capital Markets Group. Ms. Lawrie holds a BA from Fordham University.
