Mr. Lindamood serves as Managing Director and General Counsel for the Firm. As a Managing Director, Mr. Lindamood is on the Firm’s Investment Committee and is on the Board of Directors for all partnerships with Mach Resources. As General Counsel, he advises the Firm on all legal matters relating to fund and portfolio management. Prior to joining Bayou City, Mr. Lindamood was an attorney with Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly, Fulbright & Jaworski). He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in English and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
