Jackson Govatos Bio

Jackson Govatos joined Battle Group in 2022. His efforts are focused on the Firm’s investment activities, including investment sourcing and transaction execution, and ultimately supporting the growth, expansion and success of the Firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Battle Group, Jackson worked as a vice president at Platinum Equity, a global investment firm based in Los Angeles, where he focused on the analysis and execution of new buyout investments as well as support for several of the firm’s portfolio companies across a variety of industries. Prior to Platinum, Jackson worked for Oaktree Capital Management in Los Angeles as a member of the Special Situations Group, where he focused on analyzing debt and equity investments in mid-market businesses. Jackson started his career as an analyst in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse in New York. Jackson earned his BBA degree from the University of Georgia, where he was a First Honor Graduate.
