Hannah Wipper Bio

Hannah oversees the firm’s domestic compliance, including the filing of partner tax deliverables and fund tax returns. She works closely with portfolio companies to aggregate the information needed for Battery’s fund level reporting. Hannah rejoined Battery in 2023 in her current role as tax director. She previously worked as a consultant for the firm and, prior to that, was a senior tax associate at Battery working under Jamie Lambutis, the firm’s VP of tax. Hannah started her career at KPMG working on hedge funds while obtaining her CPA. Hannah graduated with a BS in accounting from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
