Dillon Joyce Bio

Dillon, a principal at Battery, focuses on growth and later-stage software investments, including growth-equity deals, buyouts, rollups and take-privates. He is currently involved with Battery’s investments in ContinuumCloud, CurveDental, Guardsquare, Maxio, PageUp, Quinyx and Shippeo, as well as seed investment Paystand. Prior to joining Battery, Dillon was an investment banking analyst in Barclays’ technology group. There, he worked on a variety of M&A transactions, debt and equity financings and strategic-advisory assignments. Dillon holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from Boston University.
