Monica joined Basalt in 2022 and is located in the London office. Monica advises on the origination, execution, management and operation of investments, predominantly in Western Europe. Previously, Monica spent over three years at a global utility in Rome and most recently she was an Associate at John Laing where she focused on principal investments in the energy and infrastructure space. Monica holds a double degree in Management from Luiss University (Italy) and Fudan University (China).
