Jonathan Steele Bio

Jon joined Basalt in 2024 and is located in the New York office. Jon advises on the origination, execution, management and operation of investments, predominately in North America. He has more than 14 years of principal investing and financial advisory experience in infrastructure. Before joining Basalt, he was an Executive Director in the Infrastructure Equity team at UBS Asset Management. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
