David Beaumont Bio

David is a Director at Banyan where he is responsible for the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities as well as managing various initiatives for multiple portfolio companies including industry research, financial modelling, internal reporting and valuations. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, David worked with KPMG Deal Advisory, advising strategic investors, pension funds and private equity firms on potential acquisitions and divestitures by conducting due diligence on companies in the middle market. Prior to that, David worked at KPMG Audit as a Staff Accountant. David is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
