Maha Shama Bio

Maha Shama is the Head of Investor Relations at Bansk, bringing 15 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments. Before joining Bansk, Maha was at BlackRock where she focused on shaping strategy and business development for the firm’s private equity platform, spanning buyout, primaries, secondaries, and growth investments. She was previously a Senior Investment Analyst at Alternative Investment Management (AIM13), a multi-family office, conducting due diligence on hedge fund and private equity fund investments. Maha also served on the investor relations team at 3L Capital, a growth equity firm, and began her career at KPMG in their alternatives audit practice. She holds a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
