Bill Mordan Bio

Bill Mordan is a Senior Partner and the General Counsel of Bansk. Bill previously served as the General Counsel to Shire PLC, a global pharmaceutical company that was acquired by Takeda Pharmaceuticals in early 2019 for approximately $62 billion. He also served as General Counsel to Reckitt Benckiser and Associate General Counsel at Procter & Gamble. Bill received a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is the former Chairman of the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the world’s largest bar association for in-house attorneys.
