As Chief of Staff, Nicole oversees much of our firm's operations, human resources, investor relations and external communications, in addition to working in close partnership with our CEO. Nicole brings a decade of experience working with founders, CEOs, and executives in private equity-backed businesses and the ability to manage any project that comes her way. Nicole attended Brigham Young University - Idaho, where she studied Communications. As an OKR certified coach, she is committed to operational excellence and promoting collaboration across teams.
