Paul Axon Bio

Paul is a Director of Banksia Capital and has over 30 years of business experience including 11 years in private equity. ​As well as his role at Banksia Paul continues as CEO of Coco Group a family office private equity business. Prior to that he was CEO of Sykes Pumps from 2008-2011 until its sale to National Hire (a subsidiary of the Seven Group). From 2005-2008 he was Corporate Finance Partner with MGI in Perth (now Nexia) a-mid tier accountancy firm. From 1994-2005 Paul worked in Corporate finance in the UK becoming a partner at BDO Manchester office and as an owner of a corporate finance boutique, Akumen. Prior to this Paul worked at Arthur Andersen. Paul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester, England.
