Andrew Dyer Bio

Andy joined Baird Capital in 2016 and focuses on investments in the U.K. Andy was involved in the CAV Systems, Collingwood Lighting, eCube and STR transactions and takes an active role supporting our investments in these businesses. He currently serves on the boards of eCube and STR. Andy started out his career in the transaction advisory services business at EY, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. From there he went on to spend three years in the group corporate finance team at Anglo American PLC and subsequently provided M&A advisory services to both owner-managed business and private equity whilst working at Clearwater International before joining Baird Capital. Andy has a BSc in economics from the University of Warwick.
