Roni Katz Bio

Ms. Katz joined Bain Capital in 2016. She is a Partner and the Chief Human Resources Officer for Europe. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Katz was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. She led the Organisation Practice in the UK and Ireland, and served client across industries, with a focus on Financial Services and Aerospace and Defence. Ms. Katz received an MBA from INSEAD, where she was awarded the Ford Prize, and graduated summa cum laude with a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
