Mr. Vismara joined Bain Capital in 2011. He is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group in the Milan and Miami offices primarily on M&A and turnaround engagements in the finance and automotive industries. Mr. Vismara earned bachelor's degrees with honors both in international economics and international banking and finance from Franklin College Switzerland.
