Mr. Guan joined Bain Capital in 2016. He is a Managing Director on the Bain Capital Private Equity team and focuses primarily on investments in the TMT and Business & Financial Services verticals. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Guan worked at Silver Lake Partners, where he focused on technology investments across Asia Pacific. Previously, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking. Mr. Guan received a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Honors with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management. He received a Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley.
