Kenta Hayashi Bio

Mr. Hayashi joined Bain Capital in 2016. He is an Executive Director in the Tokyo office and is a member of the Asias Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Hayashi worked at A.T.Kearney as a manager in the Tokyo office focusing on growth strategy, operational improvement and M&A strategy in the financial, consumer goods, retail, restaurants and media industry. Mr. Hayashi received a BS in Economics from Keio University.
