Kate Griffin Bio

Kate joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2021. She is a Director of Portfolio Talent, helping to drive and support all talent efforts across the North American Private Equity Portfolio. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kate held several roles in the Talent Acquisition/Human Capital space. Most recently, Kate was the Recruiting Manager at Indigo Agriculture, a Boston-based agriculture-tech organization. At Indigo, Kate was responsible for managing campus recruiting along with full-time hiring for senior strategy and operations roles. Kate also worked in recruitment at Harvard Business School and Bain and Company. Kate holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware, where she majored in Communications and minored in Music.
