Jeanne Chen Bio

Ms. Chen joined Bain Capital in 2018. She is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Chen was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in London and Johannesburg, where she led growth strategy and M&A engagements across diverse sectors, including industrial goods and financial services. Ms. Chen received an MBA from Wharton Business School where she was a Palmer scholar and an MA in International Studies with honors from the Lauder Institute.
