James Bath Bio

Mr. Bath joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, James worked for Hg Capital in their portfolio group and has also held an operating role for a private equity backed automotive business. Mr. Bath earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern History from Oxford University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
