Hayato Kondoh Bio

Mr. Kondoh joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Principal and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Kondoh worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He originated and executed a broad array of equity, debt and M&A transactions. Mr. Kondoh earned an MBA from London Business School where he graduated with distinction. He also received a BS in Engineering from Kyoto University and a MS in Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
