Cara Nealon Bio

Ms. Nealon joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North American Private Equity team. As a talent specialist, she works on the human capital agenda across our North America portfolio which includes ensuring our companies have effective leadership teams and inclusive, high performance organizations. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Nealon was a Senior Principal at ghSMART where she advised her corporate clients and investors on executive assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change. Before ghSMART, Ms. Nealon was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where she focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability building, and private equity due diligence. Ms. Nealon received an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and Public Policy from The College of William & Mary.
