Mr. Berg joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2008. He is the Fund Controller for Europe Private Equity and is a Vice President. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Berg worked at KPMG in the audit practice and focused on financial service clients. Mr. Berg received an MSA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business. He graduated with a BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
