Kathleen Rockey Bio

Ms. Rockey rejoined Bain Capital in 2006 having previously joined Bain Capital in 2001. She is a Partner and based in Bain Capital’s Boston office and is Chief Administration Officer, responsible for human capital and administration, for Bain Capital Credit. Ms. Rockey also supports Bain Capital Partnership Strategies and Bain Capital Special Situations. Previously, she was a Manager in Human Resources at The Boston Consulting Group where she focused on compensation and firm-wide performance management. Ms. Rockey received an M.B.A. from Bentley College and a B.S. from Boston College.
