John Lutz Bio

Mr. Lutz joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Senior Vice President and Head Global Funds Counsel. Previously, Mr. Lutz was an Associate at Ropes & Gray, LLP working on private investment funds. Mr. Lutz received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
