Stefano Marsaglia Bio

Stefano founded Azzurra Capital in 2021. Previously, he co-founded private equity firm, Peninsula Capital. Over the course of his career he has held esteemed positions including, Executive Chairman at Mediobanca's Corporate and Investment Banking Division, Chairman at Barclays Bank's Investment Banking Division, and Global Partner Head of Financial Institutions and Co-head of Investment Banking for Europe and Latin America at Rothschild. Stefano holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin. Stefano was honoured in 2015 with the prestigious title of "Cavaliere del Lavoro" by the President of the Italian Republic, in recognition of his longstanding contributions to the financial services industry.
