Phil Gross joined Aurora Capital Partners in 2016. Previously, he was an Associate at Leonard Green & Partners and in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse where he was a member of the Financial Institutions Group in New York. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of FMG Suite, Cold Chain Technologies and Inhance Technologies.
