Sam Sinclair Bio

Sam joined August Equity in June 2023, having spent 15 years in human capital advisory and executive search in the private equity industry. As Talent Director, Sam focuses on supporting August’s portfolio with key appointments during the investment period. Additionally, he manages an evolving network of advisors, consultants, and non-executives, who can be deployed into a variety of situations as required. Before August Equity, Sam worked for Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry in the technology practice, leading search and assessment projects. Sam has a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Leeds.
