Philip Rattle Bio

Philip has a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Oxford. After working at 3i and becoming a Partner at JP Morgan Partners, he joined August Equity and acted as Managing Partner until 2023 when he became Chairman. Philip is responsible for chairing the Investment Committee of August Equity. In addition to this, Philip uses his significant industry experience to provide ongoing guidance on new investments and portfolio matters.
