William Allen Bio

Bill is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, splitting time between Boston and New York. Prior to joining Audax in 2021, Bill was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, and previous to that a Director at UBS Investment Bank. Bill focuses on the financial services sector and has experience across various industry verticals including asset and wealth management, business services, capital markets, community banking, financial technology, insurance services, and specialty finance. Bill received a B.A. from Middlebury College.
