Mark is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2008, Mark was one of the founding Managing Directors of NewStar Financial, Inc. and focused on providing customized financing solutions to middle market companies. Prior to NewStar, Mark spent seven years in FleetBoston’s Financial Sponsor Group in Boston and five years in Bank of America’s Corporate Banking Group in Chicago. Mark received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from Babson College.
