Dan is a Managing Director and the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer for Audax Group. Prior to joining Audax in 2006, Dan was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP where he represented corporate and institutional clients on a variety of matters. Prior to Ropes & Gray, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark L. Wolf, United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Dan received a J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston College Law School and an A.B., magna cum laude, in History from Dartmouth College.
