Steven Ruby Bio

Steve is the Co-Head of Originated Debt at Audax Private Debt, overseeing our unitranche and junior debt investment teams. He is responsible for originating and executing new investments and monitoring portfolio companies. Steve is also a member of our credit committee for originated investments. Prior to joining Audax in 2003, Steve was an Analyst at Greenwich Street Capital Partners. He also previously worked as a Financial Analyst at DLJ Investment Partners, which became Credit Suisse Private Equity’s dedicated mezzanine fund. Steve received an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
