Richard Joseph Bio

Rich is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax 1999, Rich was the Chief Financial Officer of Streamline.com, a publicly traded Internet service company. Rich also was CFO of Software Emancipation Technology, Planet Direct Corp., and ESSENSE Systems, Inc., and was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP and a C.P.A. (inactive). Rich received a B.S. from Boston College School of Management.
