Brian Dunefsky Bio

Mr. Dunefsky is Chief Compliance Officer, having joined in February 2023, and is based in New York. Previously, Mr. Dunefsky worked as an attorney at several New York City law firms, including Schulte Roth & Zabel and Withersworldwide. There, he specialized in securities and commercial litigation, and represented private equity firms, hedge funds, investment banks and ultra-high net worth individuals, before joining a private equity firm as its Chief Compliance Officer. A native of the Bronx, Mr. Dunefsky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
