Mr. Hudson joined Atlas in 2005. During his career with Atlas, Mr. Hudson has led the evaluation and execution of numerous transaction opportunities as well as the formation, financing and oversight of several Atlas portfolio companies. Mr. Hudson is a graduate of Wesleyan University.
