Paul Sun Bio

Paul joined Atlantic Street Capital in August 2016 with a background in private equity and investment banking. Paul works on all aspects of the investment process with a particular focus on deal origination, due diligence, acquisition financing and execution. He serves on the Boards of CyberGuard, Uniguest Inc., GAT Airline Ground Support, Inc., and Pinnacle Service Brands. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Paul worked at Gridiron Capital, a middle market private equity firm focused in the niche manufacturing, business services, and specialty consumer product sectors. While at Gridiron, he evaluated and executed leveraged buyouts, assisted with portfolio company management and worked directly with management teams to build successful businesses. Prior to Gridiron, Paul was an investment banking analyst focused on advisory work and financing solutions for leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and debt financings. Paul was elected into Beta Gamma Sigma and received his B.S., magna cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern.
