Jonathan Robinson Bio

Jon joined ATL Partners as a Principal in 2023. Previously, Mr. Robinson was President at RF Advisors where he advised private companies on strategic sales and transactions. Prior to founding RF Advisors in 2013, Mr. Robinson was a Partner and member of the Board of Directors of Asia Mezzanine Capital Partners in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for fundraising, management planning and transaction origination, execution and structuring of middle market mezzanine investments throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior to co-founding Asia Mezzanine, Mr. Robinson led the leveraged finance practice for Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong from 2003 to 2005, re-establishing a business shut down after the Asian Financial Crisis. During his tenure, Mr. Robinson spearheaded the first casino bank financing in Macau. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Robinson worked in the Global Transportation and Aerospace Group at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank. From 1990 to 1993, he worked at Strategic Planning Associates (now Oliver Wyman) as a management consultant.
