Umbreen Mir Bio

Ms. Mir joined Athyrium in 2024 and currently serves as Controller. Prior to joining Athyrium, Ms. Mir was an Associate Director at SS&C Technologies where she was responsible for fund accounting and financial reporting functions for private equity clients. Prior to that, Ms. Mir was Vice President at BNY Mellon where she worked as a Senior Manager in Alternative Investments Financial Reporting group. Prior to that, Ms. Mir was a Supervisor in the Audit and Assurance practice group at Rothstein Kass, primarily servicing financial services clients and SEC registrants. Ms. Mir received a BA in Computer Science from The City University of New York at Hunter College and an MBA in Accounting from Pace University.
