Rashida Adams Bio

Ms. Adams joined Athyrium in 2020, and currently serves as Vice President, Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Athyrium, Ms. Adams was an associate in the financial restructuring and insolvency group in the New York office of White & Case LLP, where she represented agent banks, secured creditors, unsecured lenders, hedge funds, companies and other strategic parties in large out-of-court workouts, distressed acquisitions, chapter 11 proceedings (including in connection with DIP and exit financings) and other distressed situations. Ms. Adams received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, and her B.A. from New York University.
