Nick Polanski is a Director in Operations at Atar Capital. He focuses on commercial and operational due diligence for new transactions and provides operational support to Atar’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Atar, Nick was President of Filtration at Culligan International. He spent the first decade of his career with Danaher and later had various strategic roles with Stanley Black & Decker, Assa Abloy, Innocor, and General Electric. Nick also has management consulting experience with Next Level Partners where he focused on large private equity transformations. Nick holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Akron and is an alum of the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
