Kellen Brown Bio

Kellen Brown is the Controller at Atairos. He joined Atairos from Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as a Senior Manager in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. During Kellen’s nine-year career with Ernst & Young, he served clients in industries such as technology, telecommunications, consumer products, financial services, life sciences, manufacturing and aerospace and defense, among others, focusing on financial and accounting due diligence on both the buy-side and sell-side of mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also provided clients with assistance in business valuation and transaction modeling. Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory Services practice, Kellen spent over three years in Ernst & Young’s Assurance Services practice, serving both SEC-registered and private companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Kellen has a B.S.B.A in Accounting, with a concentration in Fraud Examination, from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
