Paddy Croft Bio

Paddy joined Astorg in 2020 and is a member of the Corporate Functions Team. Prior to Astorg, Paddy was a solicitor in the Tax and Structuring department of Macfarlanes where he advised a range of private equity funds on the structuring of their investments, as well as fundraisings and house-related matters. Before that he worked as a trainee solicitor at Simmons and Simmons LLP. Paddy has a Chartered Tax Adviser qualification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and an MA from the University of Cambridge.
