Henrik joined Astorg in 2020 and is a member of the investment Team. Prior to this, Henrik was a Vice President at Bain Capital Private Equity, where he joined in 2013 and worked on a number of investments across Europe. Henrik started his career at The Boston Consulting Group. Henrik holds a BSc from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), an MSc from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
