Jack Partain Bio

Jack joined ASH Investment Partners in 2022 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, working with portfolio management teams on near-term operational challenges and long-term strategic goals, and sourcing and executing add-on M&A. Prior to ASH, Jack was a Vice President at Sunny River Management, a family office investment firm focused on middle market industrial consolidation strategies. Earlier in his career, Jack was an Associate at Ridgemont Equity Partners, a Charlotte-based private equity firm, and an Analyst at McColl Partners (acquired by Deloitte), a middle market sellside advisory firm, also in Charlotte, NC. Jack holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
