Keddy Wang Bio

Ms. Wang has over 19 years of work and management experience in accounting, auditing and financial management. Extensive experience in corporate financial restructuring, tax planning, asset management and other fields. Ms. Wang’s financial team has repeatedly helped clients solve tough problems, address potential shareholder risks and accelerate funding or listing. Ms. Wang graduated from Capital University of Economics and Trade and received a bachelor's degree in economics and is a Chinese certified public accountant. Joined Ascancy in January 2002. During her tenure at Assung, she was responsible for all projects, including private placements, IPOs, U.S. reverse takeovers, and other financial aspects, with different clients. Industries include high-tech, TV shopping, manufacturing, software companies and more. Prior to joining Ascancy, Ms. Wang worked as a financial manager at 8848.net Inc., a leading e-commerce company in China. It is primarily responsible for providing investors with U.S. accounting standards-compliant financial reporting and day-to-day accounting transaction management and internal control management. Joining 8848.net Inc. Previously, Ms. Wang served as a senior auditor at Deloitte International. Statutory audits and consolidated overseas statements, which are primarily responsible for international TNCs; In 2011, Ms. Mao invested in the establishment of a domestic breeding pig group, and built an international standard of the original pig farm in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, and she hoped to bring subversive changes to China's pig breeding industry and produce green and environmentally friendly "healthy meat" for the Chinese people.
