Ms. Wang graduated from Capital University of Economics and Trade and received a bachelor's degree in economics and is a Chinese certified public accountant. Joined Ascancy in January 2002. During her tenure at Assung, she was responsible for all projects, including private placements, IPOs, U.S. reverse takeovers, and other financial aspects, with different clients. Prior to joining Ascancy, Ms. Wang worked as a financial manager at 8848.net Inc., a leading e-commerce company in China. It is primarily responsible for providing investors with U.S. accounting standards-compliant financial reporting and day-to-day accounting transaction management and internal control management.
