Darcey O’Halloran Bio

Darcey joined Artemis in 2023 as Operating Partner, Talent, bringing significant experience partnering with CEOs, Leadership Teams and HR Leaders to build high performing teams and drive organizational performance. As the Talent Operating Partner, Darcey serves as a business partner to the portfolio companies, focused on human capital activities including talent assessment, executive recruitment, HR optimization and people development. Prior to joining Artemis, Darcey worked at Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco based middle-market private equity firm. As the VP, Human Resources, Darcey established HR playbooks including a portfolio facing HR Assessment, benefit optimization process, compensation benchmarking, and recruiting and retention best practices. She also established an ecosystem of preferred partners including interim executives, benefit brokers, compensation databases, HCMs and HR technology solutions. Darcey also worked at Korn Ferry in the Organizational Strategy Practice and Deloitte Consulting in both the Strategy and Operations and Human Capital groups where she led human capital strategy projects for clients across multiple industries. Darcey earned a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
