Timothy Zappala Bio

Mr. Zappala is a Senior Partner of Arsenal for the industrial growth team. He joined Arsenal as an Operating Partner in 2002. In 2003, Mr. Zappala became CEO of Rutherford Chemicals, subsequently overseeing its merger with Reilly Industries, which later became Vertellus Specialties. In addition to his positions at Arsenal, he was President and CEO of Vertellus until 2007. Prior to joining Arsenal, Mr. Zappala held senior executive positions at Borden Chemical, The Dow Chemical Company, Hampshire Chemical, and W.R. Grace & Co.
